The buildings of the "LUMINA" THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH-EAST EUROPE will host the entire conference activities this year, and attendees will be able to tour and experience the program’s state-of-the-art facilities. New broadcasting facilities in computer labs and all classrooms were the latest in educational technology that is from now the standard for all buildings on campus.

The conference will conclude with a special invited panel and in the closing session will be included the comments and observations of the participants about the scientific impact of ECAI 2015 edition, considering that this edition will be IEEEXplore indexed.
